I was having some trouble with calls on my phone, and support walked me through a few troubleshooting steps. It took a little bit of time, I guess, but in the end it seemed to fix the problem and everything’s been working fine since.

I figured they’d have a solid range of phones, and sure enough, that’s exactly what I found. Plenty of options to choose from, which pretty much confirmed I was right to check them out

I’ve been happy with Republic Wireless because it makes it simple to see where my data is going. I’m on wifi most of the time anyway, so being able to check my usage and adjust before I run over is actually really useful.
The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the app can be a bit sluggish here and there. Compared to some other apps I’ve used, it’s not quite as... but overall it gets the job done and I’m fine with it.

I’ve actually been happy with Republic Wireless so far. The main thing, before I forget, is the data speed, it’s been better than I expected, which is probably why I haven’t thought much about switching.
Pages load fast, maps don’t really hang up, and I can stream music in the car without it cutting in and out. I’m not always on wifi either, so that was the part I was a little unsure about going in, but most of the time it just works.
Anyway, there isn’t some huge dramatic story here. It’s just been reliable, the data has been quick, and I haven’t had to mess with it. That’s pretty much what I wanted, so 5 stars from me.

I got this mainly to call family overseas and, yeah, it worked fine for me. The calls went through without any real issues, which was all I needed. Nothing fancy, just did the job.

The site was easy to get around, which I appreciated. I found the plans quickly, and I was on my phone too, so that’s always a little hit or miss, but everything loaded fine. Checkout was smooth, no weird errors or anything. Overall it just did what I needed without making it complicated.

I do like that changing my plan is easy, especially when my data use goes up or down. That part has been helpful. I just wish when I had questions, it didn’t feel like I was being kind of dismissed instead of actually listened to...

I’ve been with Republic Wireless for years, so when I ran into a billing issue, I was ready for the usual runaround... you know, the endless explaining, waiting, and getting passed around!!! But nope!! They actually listened, treated my time like it mattered, and got it fixed way faster than I expected.
The rep even brought up that I’d been a longtime customer, which was nice?? Then they helped me get set up with something better instead of just brushing me off. It felt good not having to argue for once!!! Easy 5 stars from me.

The number port took a bit longer than I expected, but it went through just fine in the end.

We’ve tried a couple of different plans in the past, and this family plan has been the best fit for us so far. It saves us money every month, we haven’t had any complaints.

I was a little nervous my unlocked Samsung wasn’t going to work, or maybe I had convinced myself it would be a whole thing. I checked it on republicwireless.com and it came back fine, so I went ahead with it. The setup was easy too, though I can’t remember if I finished it that same day or the next morning because I kept stopping and coming back to it. Either way, I didn’t have to buy a new phone, which was the main thing I cared about. So far I’m happy with it.

I had a question about my billing and support got back to me faster than I expected. They took care of it right away without making me go through a bunch of back and forth, which I really appreciated!!

Calls haven’t been dropping when it changes over, and my data has stayed steady. So far, I’m happy with it.

I cancelled without much trouble, and the refund came through faster than I expected. I can’t really say if that’s always how it goes for everyone, but in my case it was hassle-free.

I’m always a little nervous about getting fooled by hidden fees or some weird contract catch, so I appreciated that the pricing and plan terms were easy to find before signing up. So far, I haven’t run into any big surprises, which is a relief. I do wish a few of the add-ons were explained more clearly, though.

I’ve been using WiFi calling and it’s been solid so far. Calls come through clear on my WiFi, and I haven’t really had any issues. Maybe it’s because my router isn’t too far away, but either way it’s been working well for me
